With further reference to our letter No. Sc- 15108 dated July 16, 2018 and in accordance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations), we have to inform you that the Directors at their Board Meeting held today have taken on record the Audited Standalone Financial Results along with Auditors Report and the Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results along with Limited Review Report, for the first quarter ended June 30, 2018, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, which are attached herewith. Enclosed also please find the Press Release on the said Financial Results issued by the Company. These results are being made available on the Companys website at www.tatamotors.com/investor/results-press-releases/. The meeting commenced at 2:00 p.m. and concluded at 4:25 p.m.
