The Board of Directors of Tata Steel BSL Limited (formerly known as Bhushan Steel Limited) (the Board) at its meeting held today, i.e. July 25, 2019, inter alia approved the Audited Standalone and Un-Audited Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2019. The Board meeting commenced at 3:15 p.m. (IST) and concluded at 7:15 p.m. (IST). A copy of the said results together with Auditors Report is enclosed herewith.
