The Board of Directors of Tata Steel Limited (the Company) at its meeting held today, i.e. February 8, 2019, approved the Audited Standalone and Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2018. The Board Meeting commenced at 9.30 a.m. (IST) and concluded at 4.00 p.m. (IST). A copy of the said Results together with the Auditors Report and Press Release are enclosed herewith. These are also being made available on the website of the Company at www.tatasteel.com. This is for your information and record.
