(a) Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, the Board considered and took on record the Unaudited financial results of the Company (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended 30.09.2018 along with Limited Review report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. Further the Board approved the publication of the Unaudited financial results of the Company. A copy of the Unaudited financial results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30.09.2018 along with Limited Review is attached herewith. (b) The Board approved the Compliances related to the quarter ended September 30, 2018.
