TCI FINANCE LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 31/01/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended December 31, 2018. Further we wish to inform you that as per TCI Finance Limited - Code for Internal Procedures and conduct for Regulating, Monitor and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from the start of business hours of January 16, 2019 and will be open after an elapse of 48 hours from the time of announcement of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2018.
