TCI INDUSTRIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/07/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended on June 30, 2019. As informed earlier vide our letter dated June 29, 2019, in terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Companys Insider Trading - Code of Conduct, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives will remain close from July 01, 2019 to till July 31, 2019. The Exchange is hereby requested to take note of and disseminate the same.
