This is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today viz. Monday, the 24th June 2019 has approved inter alia the Standalone & Consolidated audited Financial Results for the quarter and Year ended 31 March 2019 along with the Auditors Report by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. Further, please note that the said Financial Results are also being published in the news papers in terms of Regulation 47 of the Listing Regulations in accordance with the format prescribed by SEBI vide its circular bearing no. CIR/CFD/CMD/15/2015 dated 30 November 2015. The meeting of Board of Directors commenced at 5:00 PM and concluded at 7:15 PM
