Dear Sir, Pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith result of voting {remote e-voting as well as physical voting (poll) at EGM venue} in the prescribed format for the resolutions proposed at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 14thMarch, 2019 along with report of the Scrutinizer on the same.
