We wish to inform you that a meeting of Board of Directors of the company will be held on Wednesday, May 30th, 2018 inter alia to consider the Audited financial results for the year ended 31st March, 2018 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. It is further informed that Trading Window would remain closed from 22nd May, 2018 to 01st June, 2018 both days inclusive, for the following categories (including dependents). Directors Designated Employees Auditors as per code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading Regulations, framed and adopted in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
