Thermax Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled on May 22, 2019, inter alia, to: 1. Consider and approve the draft audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019 along with related segment-wise financial results; and 2. Recommend Dividend for the financial year 2018-19, if any Further, as per the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company, to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from April 01, 2019 to May 24, 2019 (both days inclusive). The advance information was sent to all insiders on March 29, 2019.
