With reference to SEBIs Circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD-1/142/2018 dated November 19, 2018, we wish to inform you that the Company has not been able to submit its Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019 within the prescribed timeline i.e. May 30, 2019 due to delay in receipt of certain financial details from its contract manufacturing units.
