We wish to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company, in its Meeting held on July 26, 2019, has considered and approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2019. We are enclosing herewith Statement of Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the financial year ended March 31, 2019 alongwith the Audit Reports thereon submitted by M/s. M. M. Parikh & Co., Statutory Auditors of the Company and Statement on Impact of Audit Qualifications pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 33(3)(d) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 with respect to Auditors Report with modified opinion. Please take note that the Meeting commenced at 12.00 noon and concluded at 5.10 p.m.
