TIRUPATI INDUSTRIES (INDIA) LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2018 ,inter alias, to consider and approve This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements, Regulations, 2015 a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 14th August, 2018, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2018. Further as per the Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of insider trading, framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company from 8th August, 2018 to 16th August, 2018 (both days inclusive) Kindly take the same on record.
