TITAGARH WAGONS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Reg 29 of LODR a Board meeting is scheduled on 29/05/2019 to consider: a)Approval of Audited Financial Results (standalone & consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2019 b)Recommendation of Dividend for the aforesaid financial year The trading window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed for the designated persons from Thursday, the 4th April 2019 and the same shall remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2019
