TOKYO FINANCE LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, May 13, 2019 inter-alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone) of the Company for the quarter & year ended 31st March, 2019. Further, as informed you earlier vide our letter dated April 04, 2019 that under the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window has been closed from April 04, 2019 till May 15, 2019 (both days inclusive). The trading window shall open on May 16, 2019.
