Further to our letter dated October 17, 2018 of even number informing you of the meeting of our Board of Directors to be held on October 26, 2018 to consider, approve and take on record the standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter/H1 ended September 30, 2018, we are submitting herewith the following : 1) Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter/H1 ended September 30, 2018, duly signed by our Managing Director; 2) Auditors Report for the standalone financial results for the quarter/H1 ended September 30, 2018; 3) Review Report issued by the Auditors for the consolidated financial results for the quarter/H1 ended September 30, 2018. This is in compliance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
