Pursuant to Regulation 33 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we submit herewith the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter & year ended March 31, 2019 drawn up both on a Standalone and Consolidated basis. The same have been approved and taken on record at the meeting of the Board of Directors held today. The copy of the Audit Report submitted by the Statutory Auditors both on the Consolidated and Standalone Results is attached. Kindly take the same on record.
