We are enclosing herewith a copy of Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for quarter ended 30.06.2018 as approved by the Board of Directors and a copy of the Auditors Limited Review Report thereon. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 11.15 a.m. and concluded at 3.00 p.m.
