TVS SRICHAKRA LTD.-$has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/08/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, notice is hereby given that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, the 13th August, 2019 at Madurai to take on record the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30.6.2019. Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and as per the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by the designated persons, the trading window of the Company has already been closed from 1st July, 2019 till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended 30.6.2019. The same has already been informed to Stock Exchanges, vide our letter dated 28.6.2019
