We have to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board at its meeting held today, which commenced at 12.30 P.M. and concluded at 3.30 P.M. inter alia, considered and approved Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/financial year ended 31st March 2019 and recommended payment of Dividend of Rs. 0.50 per equity share of Rs. 5/- each (10%). The said dividend, if declared by the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be credited/ despatched within 3 weeks of the said meeting. 2. The Report of Auditors is with unmodified opinion with respect to the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/year ended 31st March 2019.
