This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held today, i.e. 14th September, 2017 inter alia, considered and approved the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2017, the same were also reviewed by the Audit Committee in its meeting held on 14th September, 2017 before the Board Meeting. In terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, we are pleased to submit:- Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2017 Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the aforesaid results. The Meeting was started at 5:00 p.m. and concluded on 6:45 p.m. We hope you will find the above in order.
