Respected Sir / madam, Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing the statement of the un-audited Financial Results of the company for the 3rd quarter ended on 31st December, 2017 duly reviewed and recommended by the Board of Directors of the company, at its meeting held today (09th January, 2018). The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company commenced at 4:30 p.m and concluded at 5:30 p.m. We also enclose a copy of Limited Review Report of the Auditor of the Company on the statement of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 3rd quarter ended on 31st December, 2017, as required under Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations. We are also enclosing herewith Reconciliation of Share Capital Audit Report in terms of the Regulation 55A of SEBI (Depositories & Participants) Regulation, 1996 for the Quarter ended 31st December, 2017.
