Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today, November 13, 2017, which commenced at 4:30 p.m. and concluded at 6.00 p.m., have approved the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2017. Accordingly, we are enclosing herewith the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company along with the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2017.
