This is to inform that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on today i.e. November 11, 2017 (commended at 11:00 a.m. and concluded at 4:05 p.m.), inter alia, has approved and taken on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2017. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose herewith the said Unaudited Financial Results, duly signed along with the Limited Review Report of the Auditors, thereon. The said results may be accessed on the Companys website i.e. www.genuspower.com.
