We wish to inform you that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today i.e. on Thursday, 25th January, 2018, the Board of Directors of the Company have considered and approved the unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2017. The said unaudited financial results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and thereafter approved by the Board of Directors. The Statutory Auditors have carried out a Limited Review of the unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2017. We are enclosing herewith a copy of the aforesaid unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results, Statement of Segment-wise Revenue Results and Capital Employed and Limited Review Reports of the Statutory Auditors of the Company. The Board Meeting commenced at 11.30 a.m. and concluded at 1.35 p.m. May we request you to take the same on your record and inform all your constituents accordingly.
