Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we submit herewith the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2017, which were approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today, that commenced at 12:30 p.m. and concluded at 2:00 p.m. Also please find enclosed the Limited Review Report by our Auditors M/s. Walker Chandiok & Co LLP, in respect of the above results.
