Pursuant to Regulation 33 and Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), we hereby inform that the Board of Directors (Board) of the Company at its adjourned meeting held today, i.e. 7th March, 2017, has, inter alia, approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the following periods: 1. For the quarter ended 30th June, 2016; 2. For the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2016; and 3. For the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2016. The aforesaid results have been subjected to Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors of the Company and the copy of their Limited Review Reports along with the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the aforesaid periods are enclosed herewith. You are requested to kindly take the same on your records and oblige.
