Pursuant to the Regulation 30 read with point 4(h) of Para A of Part A of Schedule III and Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Regulations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we submit herewith Reviewed Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Bank for the quarter ended on June 30, 2019, which have been approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on August 2, 2019. A copy of the Limited Review Report submitted by the Statutory Auditors on the Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Bank for the Quarter ended on June 30, 2019 is also enclosed herewith. The Financial Results are also made available on the Banks website under the following link - http://www.unionbankofindia.co.in/english/financial-result.aspx The Board meeting started at 2.45 p.m. and concluded at 5.00 p.m.
