We wish to bring to your notice that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. 14.08.2018 have considered and approved the followings: 1. The Un-audited Standalone Financial Results for the first quarter ended 30.06.2018 in terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR), Regulations. A copy of the said financial results is enclosed. 2. The Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors on the Un-audited Standalone Financial Results for the first quarter ended 30.06.2018. A copy of the said Limited Review Report is enclosed. 3. The 30th Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company will be held on Wednesday the 26th Day of September, 2018 at 09.30 A.M. at the Music Academy (Kasturi Srinivasan Hall) # Old No. 306, New No. 168, T. T. K Road, Royapettah, Chennai-600014 and approved the Notice of the AGM. The meeting commenced at 2.30 pm and ended at 3.45 pm.
