United Breweries Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 20, 2019, inter alia: 1. To consider the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019; 2. To recommend dividend on equity shares for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2019. In terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), the trading window remains closed with effect from April 02, 2019 till forty eight (48) hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2019 to Stock Exchange i.e. till May 22, 2019.
