Home Credit India Finance Pvt Ltd has informed BSE that in compliance with Regulation 52(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, the Annual Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2017 shall be submitted within a period of 60 days from the end of the Financial Year i.e. up to May 30, 2017. Accordingly, the Unaudited Financial Results for the last half year ended on March 31, 2017 accompanied by limited review report by the auditors shall not be submitted.
