With reference to the earlier announcement dated April 15, 2011, regarding Publish Audited Results, Kedia Construction Company Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company have wrongly typed date as June 30, 2011 instead of May 30, 2011. Therefore the said announcement should be read as follows: "The Company will directly declare Audited Result for the year ending March 31, 2011 on May 30, 2011. Therefore Unaudited Result for 4th quarter ended March 31, 2011 will not be declared."
