VADILAL ENTERPRISES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 02/11/2018 ,inter alia, to consider and approve The Unaudited Quarterly Results of the Company for quarter/half year ended on 30th September, 2018 along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon. We further inform you that as per the Companys Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders, adopted by the Board of Directors pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the Specified Persons from 24th October, 2018 to 4th November, 2018 (both days inclusive)
