VANTAGE KNOWLEDGE ACADEMY LTDhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2018 ,inter alias, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (LODR) 2015, we hereby inform you that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 14th August, 2018 at registered office of the Company to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2018. Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed from 01rd August, 2018 to 16th August, 2018 (both days inclusive) for Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the Code. And any other matter with the permission of Chair. Kindly take the same on record and acknowledge.
