VAPI PAPER MILLS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2019 i.e. 4th Quarter for F.Y.2018-19. The Board of Directors shall be held on Thursday, the 30th of May 2019 at 3.00 P.M at the Registered Office of the Company.
