Further to our letter dated 21.05.2019, we may inform you that the audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2019 have been considered and taken on record by the Resolution Professional appointed for the company. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose herewith the following: i. Statement of Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2019. ii. Audited Statement of Assets and Liabilities as at 31st March, 2019. iii. Auditors Report on the Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results. iv. Statement of Impact of Audit qualifications for the year ended on March 31, 2019.
