Apropos the captioned subject enclosed is the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial result of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2019 duly reviewed by the Audit Committee and which were considered and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on May 30, 2019. {The aforesaid Board Meeting commenced at 9.45 a.m. and concluded at 3.00 p.m. The accompanying statement of audited results of the company for the year ended March 31, 2019 include the audited financial results of the quarter ended March 31, 2019. The Audit Report of the statutory auditors on standalone and consolidated financial results and the declaration of unmodified opinion on the audit report are enclosed herewith. This is for your information and records pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(d) read with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
