The e-voting on the resolutions put to vote at the 8th meeting of the CoC of the Company commenced at 14 September, 2018, at 02:00 p.m. and concluded on 15 September, 2018, at 02:00 p.m. In this regard, please find enclosed the following outcome of E-Voting: 1.
