The Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2019 alongwith the Auditors Report on Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results by our Auditors Messrs V. Sankar Aiyar & Co., Chartered Accountants and Declaration on Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results duly signed by the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
