VIP Clothing Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/08/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, notice is hereby given that Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, the August 09, 2019 inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record, the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2019. Pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for trading by designated persons, which is closed since July 1, 2019 shall remain closed upto 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges.
