(b) Declaration pursuant to Regulation 33 (3) (d) SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The results will be published in the newspaper pursuant to Regulation 47(1)(b) of the aforesaid regulations. This is for your information and records.
