This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its Meeting held today i.e. 30th May 2019 which commenced at 5:00 p.m. and concluded at 11.55 p.m. inter alia considered and approved the Audited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2019 along with Audit report in accordance with the SEBI circular bearing No. CIR/CFD/CMD1/44/2019 dated 29th March 2019 submitted by Nemani Garg Agarwal & Co., Statutory Auditors of the Company and statement of impact of Audit Qualifications on the financial results for the FY 2018-19. Copy of the Audited Financial Results/Statements along with Audit Report and Statement of Impact of Audit Qualification is annexed herewith for your reference and records. Further these financial statements/results are also available on the Companys website www.mpsinfotec.com (under Investor Zone). Kindly acknowledge receipt and take the same on records and oblige.
