We refer to our letter dated June 21, 2017 and wish to inform you that at the Tribunal Convened Meeting (the Meeting) of the equity shareholders of the Company held on July 24, 2017, the shareholders of the Company have duly approved the Scheme of Arrangement between Reliance Capital Limited and Reliance Home Finance Limited and their respective shareholders and creditors, through e-voting, postal ballot and voting through Ballot at the Meeting. The details of the voting results are enclosed in the format prescribed under Regulation 44(3) of the Listing Regulations.
