In Continuation to the Notice of Board meeting dated 08th May 2019, the Board of Directors of the Company at the meeting held today i.e. 15th May 2019, transacted the following items of business: 1. Considered and Approved the Audited Financial Statements and Results as per IND-AS for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March 2019 along with the Report of Statutory Auditors. 2. Recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.5 per equity share for the Financial Year 2018-19 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
