WINDSOR MACHINES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2018. Further, we would like to inform you that, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Companys Code of Conduct, the Trading Window shall be closed from February 2, 2019 to February 13, 2019 (Both days inclusive).
