WOODSVILLA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2018 ,inter alias, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2018 along with the Limited Review Report of the Auditors thereon. We also wish to inform you that as per the "Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company framed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window shall remain closed from 30th July, 2018 to 17th August, 2018 for the Companys Directors, Officers, Designated Employees including their family members and relatives and all other connected persons within the meaning of the said Regulations.
