To Considered, approved and taken on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and 9 months ended on December 31, 2018 along with the Limited Review Report of the auditors on review of Interim Financial Results; The above financial results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee in its meeting dated February 14, 2019 .The Board Meeting commenced at 3:00 P.M. and concluded at 4:00 P.M.
