This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 15th May, 2019 considered the following items of business: The Board considered and approved the Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the last quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2019 Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, statements showing Audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2019 along with Auditors Report thereon is enclosed herewith for your information and records. Pursuant to Clause 4.1 of SEBI Circular No.CIR/CFD/CMD/56/2016 dated May 27, 2016 we hereby declare that the Statutory Auditors of the Company has issued the Audit Report on Standalone Audited Financial Results for the last quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2019 with unmodified opinion. The meeting of Board of Directors concluded at 03:45 P.M.
