Further to our letter dated May 21, 2019, intimating you of the Board Meeting to be held today i.e. May 28, 2019 and pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its said meeting has, inter alia, approved the following matters: 1. Audited Financial Results of the Company, both standalone and consolidated, for the year ended March 31, 2019 (as enclosed); 2. Auditors Report in respect of the Audited Financial Results, both standalone and consolidated, for the year ended March 31, 2019 (as enclosed); and 3. Statement of Impact of Audit Qualifications on the Audited Financial Results, both standalone and consolidated, for the year ended March 31, 2019 (as enclosed).
