Real estate player Ansal Buildwell Ltd has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Bahrain-based VKL Holdings, Al-Namal Group.
The MoU was signed by Gopal Ansal, Chairman and Managing Director from Ansal Buildwell, and Varghese Kurian, Chairman of VKL Holdings, Al-Namal Group.
The MoU will provide both the companies the opportunity for joint development in the housing and infrastructure sectors in both India and Bahrain. The two companies will assist each other to understand their respective domestic markets and also to facilitate exchange of technical support.
